The dialogue process is something that will continue. “ Rasic made these comments during a round-table organized by Kosovo’s Democratic Institute entitled “Suspension of Dialogue: Impact on Kosovo’s integration in the European Union.”
“I agree that relations with Serbs are more complex than they were yesterday. We in Balkans are used to be marginalized. In fact we dialogue for 1000 years and we breach it within a short time. We, Kosovo Serbs, are always victims,” he said.
