Chair of Srpska Lista, Goran Rakic stated that Srpska Lista will not attend the consultations about the date of a constitutive session of the Kosovo Assembly.

“As a chair of the Srpska Lista I thank you for the invitation to attend the consultations about the date of a constitutive session of the Kosovo Assembly and I may announce Srpska Lista will not attend that meeting. MPs from Srpska Lista would reply to the call to verify their mandates in line with the law, but we do not want Serb MPs and the population to be placed between hammer and anvil,” Rakic stated.

Rakic further added, the moment the name of a nominee is known, consultations with Belgrade would follow and decision on eventual coalition would be made.

“We are ready to talk as the dialogue has no alternative, but we are also ready to cross political spears in order to continue the politics of peace President Aleksandar Vucic had initiated. We are not interested in functions and number of ministries, but in better life for Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija,” Rakic concluded.
