Kosovo’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Behxhet Pacolli, said in an interview for SRF that there are Albanians that have committed war crimes in Kosovo and that they will be sentenced. “It is good that there will be indictments against those that have really committed war crimes and there are Albanians among them. They must be punished for what they have done,” he said. Pacolli said he was confident that the special court, which will address war crimes allegations, will not file indictments against leading Kosovo politicians, such as Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, who have already been tried by European courts.
