The Pristina-based news website reports that “Kosovo’s leaders, or their friends from the war, are in total panic. The Special Court is in motion. The first arrests are expected immediately after the New Year holidays. Kosovo’s leaders, starting from the President, Assembly President, Prime Minister and former senior officials from the war period, are aware that the first indictments by the prosecution of the special court are now ready”. An unnamed source, close to one of the leaders, told the news website that the first arrests are expected in January. “There is concern. We heard that the arrests will be made immediately after the New Year holidays,” the source said.
