The EU Commissioner for Enlargement, Johannes Hahn condemned Vetevendosje’s use of teargas at the Assembly.
“I strongly condemn the use of teargas. Such behavior has no place in a democracy. On this important day, Kosovo leaders must assume their responsibilities and vote the demarcation agreement. Their citizens can only benefit from this step with visa liberalisation on the horizon,” Hahn wrote on his Twitter account.
