The European Commissioner for Migration, Home Affairs and Citizenship Dimitris Avramopoulos, hosted on Wednesday a meeting with Kosovo’s Principal Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs, Behgjet Pacolli. Avramopoulos reportedly told Pacolli that he is expecting good news from Kosovo and that he would be the happiest person on the day of signing visa liberalization for Kosovo. After the ratification of the demarcation deal with Montenegro, Avramopoulos wrote on his Twitter account ”Welcome the ratification of the border demarcation agreement with Montenegro in Kosovo Assembly just now. A decisive step forward for Kosovo towards visa liberalisation!”
