The French Ambassador to Kosovo, Didier Chabert said during a lecture of the French Professor, Frederik Charillon for the students of the Philological Faculty in Pristina, that if Kosovo fulfills its obligations towards the European Union, then it would have been easier for France to have an impact on Spain to recognize Kosovo.
The French diplomat said no one can oblige Spain to recognize Kosovo, however France, as a friendly country could have an impact on this direction if Kosovo fulfilled its European obligations.
