Deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo Enver Hoxhaj, reacted to Serbia’s border police mistreating of artists from Kosovo, who intended to participate at the annual festival in Belgrade, “Miredita, DobarDan.”
“Shameful scenes at the border, as Serbian authorities are mistreating Kosovo artists traveling to Belgrade. We demand from Serbian Government to immediately stop abusing our citizens or we’ll take reciprocal measures. Relations can’t be normal if they ban artists to attend exhibitions,” Hoxhaj wrote on his Twitter account.
