The joint roundtables of Kosovo political parties continue to be organized. The last one was organized by the Social-Democratic Party, while before that, they were organized by the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK0, and Vetevendosje.
During these meetings, Vetevendosje Movement insisted on reach of political consensus for the date of early elections. However, according to the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK), this is a closed matter. Kosovo Assembly MP from this party, Muharrem Nitaj, confirmed that political parties will continue to gather at roundtables, however he added that the date of the meeting is not set yet. He also said that there is no decision on what will be discussed however, according to him, the election issue is closed.
Despite the fact that based on the representation at the Assembly of Kosovo, it is AAK’s turn to organize the roundtable, LDK announced through its caucus Avdullah Hoti, that they will soon organize the final roundtable, to reach consensus on the date of early elections.
