Kosovo Security Force Ministry said that so far eight members of the Serb community have submitted their resignations from the Kosovo Security Force. Ministry’s director for public relations, Ibrahim Shala, said the resignations are a result of pressure from Serbian authorities. Shala said the pressure on the part of Belgrade represents interference in the lives of the Serb members of the KSF and a violation of human rights and freedoms. Shala explained that there are 242 members of non-majority communities serving with KSF of which 130 are from the Serb community.
