The Pristina-based news website reports that Radomir Repanovic, a Kosovo Serb from the village of Osojan in Istog municipality, recently received a package containing a handgun, six bullets, different medications and a letter written in Cyrillic. The package was delivered by a mailman from Mitrovica North. The news website claims that the letter was written by the so-called “People’s Army of Kosovo and Metohija” whose objective is to “liberate Kosovo and the Serb people”. The letter notes that Repanovic was tasked by this army to undertake actions against Serbs in Kosovo, to sacrifice Serbs and then blame the killings on Albanians. The letter, signed by the deputy commander of this army Momir Radenekovic, notes that Repanovic would receive a hefty payment for his actions. The news website sent several questions to Kosovo Police on the matter but has received no reply.
