Avni Arifi, head of Kosovo’s delegation for technical dialogue, said today he believes Kosovo will achieve unity on dialogue with Serbia. Arifi wrote in a Facebook post: “At the end of the parliamentary debate on dialogue, we can say that Kosovo knows what it wants. Kosovo today is stronger much stronger than in 1999. Some say the world has changed, that it is no longer 1999 and that a different time has come. I believe this is true and we should be happy about this … We are a country recognized by 116 world countries; we have state institutions and structures. We are doing well, we will achieve unity and Kosovo will be triumphant again.”
