The news website reports that the Kosovo Government has not received any document on the draft statute for the Association/Community of Serb-majority municipalities. The draft is first sent to Brussels and then it will be sent to the government. Donjeta Gashi, government spokeswoman, told Express that so far the government has received only minutes from meetings with stakeholders. “The government has received minutes from meetings that the management team has held with stakeholders in the past. But these are not final documents. The final material is sent to Brussels. The Kosovar delegation is then invited there and the draft will derive from there,” Gashi said. She also said that any draft prepared by the management team must be based on the Constitution of Kosovo.
