The German Ambassador to Kosovo, Christian Heldt, welcomed today a recent statement by German Chancellor Angela Merkel who said that the borders of the six countries of the Western Balkans are untouchable. Heldt said Kosovo and Serbia should talk about improving the lives of their citizens and not on border changes.
