“Can honest Albanians, who did not commit crimes and whose hands are not bloodied, go to Brussels to the negotiations? Only with them an agreement and reconciliation would be possible,” the letter reads.
The question was sent to the Prosecutors and judges in the special chambers, why they did not respond and did not bring to justice the proven criminals, reports Blic.
