Kosovo’s Deputy Prime Minister Fatmir Limaj has reacted to a statement by Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic who said at the United Nations Security Council that Limaj should not lead Kosovo’s delegation in talks with Serbia in Brussels. Limaj told Kosovapress news agency that neither Dacic nor anyone else can tell Kosovo who will be its chief negotiator in dialogue. Limaj further said Dacic’s remarks reveal the hypocrisy of his policy and the lack of seriousness and honesty vis-à-vis the process of dialogue. “Their tendency to interfere on who negotiates shows that they are not serious about the topics or dialogue or a peace agreement,” Limaj added.
