Long-term Pristina lawyer Zivojin Jokanovic said for RTV KIM show “Dogovor” he would be a defense lawyer of Milan Radoicic if Kosovo bodies bring him in and initiate a court proceeding related to the murder of Oliver Ivanovic, KoSSev portal reports.
“I am the future defense lawyer of Milan Radoicic, if he is brought before the justice,” Jokanovic said, adding he has a note of authorization.
Asked whether Radoicic requested that from him personally, Jokanovic responded it has been agreed already.
“I have accepted it. Whether him or his wife, someone has requested. I am authorized. I had contact with Milan,” Jokanovic said, KoSSev portal added.
He said he cannot tell where Radoicic is at the moment, but he chose the place for a meeting, where it was agreed he would defend him.
“I have chosen the place for the meeting. It was on neutral ground. He knows where I am,” Jokanovic added.
Asked where they met, Jokanovic responded “on the way to Belgrade, on the main Ibar Motorway.”
Milan Radoicic, the Srpska Lista Deputy Chair is wanted by the Kosovo judiciary in relation to the murder of Oliver Ivanovic. Kosovo special police units tried to arrest him in Mitrovica North, at the end of November, but did not find Radoicic at the address.
The show “Dogovor” will be aired on Thursday, at 20.00 hrs.
