Director of the Kosovo Police for Mitrovica region Nehat Thaçi, arrested by Serbian police in late September at the administrative crossing Končulj ,will be heard today at the Special Court in Belgrade.

The Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Niš states for Tanjug that the Prosecution of Organized Crime has the jurisdiction over the case, with its office in Belgrade.

Nehat Thaçi (40) is suspected of the crime of terrorism.

Thaçi was arrested on 29 September and taken into custody to the Niš penitentiary based on the decision of the High Court in Niš on custody of 2010.
