Drecun: In addition to political, Pristina does legal violence too (RTS)

Chairman of the Serbian National Assembly Committee for Kosovo and Metohija, Milovan Drecun told RTS the statute on the mining complex Trepca adopted by the Kosovo Assembly reflects that Pristina in addition to political, does legal violence too.

Drecun added Pristina for years is attempting to take away private properties belonging to the Serbs, and it is passing different laws, so the Serbs stand no chance to prove their ownership.

“On the other side, they are taking away what is the property of the state of Serbia, with Gazivode and Trepca being their main targets. There are 3000 people employed there, and by this Prisitna has a possibility to stop the work and disable remain of the Serbian people in Kosovo”, Drecun said.

He also said Pristina is doing so, to better position itself before the dialogue with Belgrade. Drecun noted that the Serbian state has documentation which proves its ownership over the mentioned assets.

Commenting on Nenad Rikalo’s reposition, Drecun explained Srpska Lista proved it can be united and Pristina is now seeking for the Serbs who would not agree with Belgrade and Serbian President Vucic but would rather obey Thaci and Haradinaj.
