The Kosovo Prosecutor's Office ordered Milanka Terzić, a displaced person from Istok, a measure of compulsory reporting to the police, and it allowed her to be in the Pec Patriarchate after being arrested at the Jarinje checkpoint in northern Kosovo, reports Serbian media.

The indictment against Milanka Terzić was filed on February 21st by the Prosecution in Pec because of the suspicion of allegedly committing a war crime.

The investigation against Bogdan Mitrović began yesterday and will end on September 22, after which Pristina prosecution will decide whether his custody will be extended, lawyer Dejan A. Vasić said yesterday, reports KiM radio.

Lawyer Dejan Vasić told Beta news agency that the investigation in the Special Prosecutor's Office in Pristina began with the hearing of the prosecution's main witness.

MP and former Kosovo Liberation Army commander, Fatmir Limaj, who is already on trial for war crimes, has been questioned by prosecutors in Pristina about another wartime case.
