Mustafa requests clarification on how can a government establish without majority (Koha online)
Isa Mustafa, leader of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), said that the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), and the Constitutional Court should bring arguments to the opinion on how is the government and the Assembly Speaker or the deputies elected in a parliamentary system without a parliamentary majority.
Mustafa mentioned John Tunheim, the U.S. judge and drafter of the Constitution of Kosovo as well as his explanation for the parliamentary system. This is what he wrote in his Facebook profile:

After the meeting with the leaders and representatives of the Coalition Block, Vetevendosje leader, Albin Kurti, stressed for the media that Vetevendosje Movement will hold a referendum with regards to the establishment of the new government, which will change Kosovo both in political and socio-economic aspects.

As announced earlier, the Coalition Block signed today at 13:00 hours at the Assembly of Kosovo, an agreement for co-governance with Vetevendosje Movement.
The agreement was signed after two months of negotiations between the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK), and Initiative for Kosovo (NISMA), with the Vetevendosje Movement.
