Defense Ministry: Serbian military got most donations from Russia (N1, B92)

Regional broadcaster N1 reports that the Defense Ministry said that the Serbian military gets its biggest donations from Russia and added the Ministry Informer did not publish the correct figures because it did not include donations which are underway. Thus, the Ministry denied Serbian media reporting that US was the biggest donator to the Serbian Army.

Top Serbian military brass meeting in Belgrade (Tanjug, B92)

Serbia's top military brass is meeting this Tuesday in Belgrade. The Collegium of the Minister of Defense and the Chief of the General Staff of the Serbian Army will consider the security situation in the country and its surroundings.

The meeting is presided by Defense Minster Aleksandar Vulin and held in the Banjica 2 barracks in the capital, the Ministry of Defense said in a statement.

 

DSS: Serbian Government to urgently explain news on NATO military drill in Serbia (Beta, Blic, RTV)

Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS), has requested today from the government to urgently explain the news that NATO military drill will be held in Serbia next year.

Radio Free Europe reported earlier that NATO military drill will take place in Serbia and the news was confirmed by the Ministry of Defence.
