Vukcevic: FBI questioned a witness in case of Bytyqi brothers (Danas)

It is true that representatives of the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) were involved in the investigation into the murder of the three Bytyqi brothers, as well as in a questioning of a witness in one northern country, but nothing came out of it, a former prosecutor, Vladimir Vukcevic told Belgrade based daily Danas.

Stanojkovic: The case of "yellow house" still active (KIM radio, Politika, Blic)

War crimes prosecutor Snezana Stanojkovic says that the prosecution took over 761 cases from Kosovo, KIM radio reports. According to her, the cases are in the appropriate registers and distributed to the processors for further action.

In an interview for Belgrade based daily Politika, Stanojkovic says that the subject of trafficking in human organs, known as the "yellow house" is still active, but that the start of the work is awaited of the Special Court for KLA crimes and its proceeding on this case.

Vesti portal reports that the Association of Journalists of Serbia (UNS) recently uncovered another murder of a journalist in Kosovo, commentator of the RTV Pristina, Kristo Gegaj, who was killed in Istok in 1999.

His name has not been recorded so far in any of the lists of killed journalists, and the number of killed and kidnapped journalists and media workers during and after the war in Kosovo has risen to 14, reports Vesti.

Blic: “There are evidences against 160 members of KLA” (Blic, KIM Radio)

More than 160 persons of the Albanian nationality are charged for the war crimes in Kosovo at the Serbian War Crimes Prosecution, Blic daily wrote on weekend.

These persons, mainly members of the KLA, are suspected of committing the crimes against Serbs and non-Albanian population during the conflict in Kosovo, since the end of 1997 till the end of NATO bombardment in 1999.

Investigations in Serbia are also carried out against Hashim Thaci, current Kosovo President and Ramush Haradinaj.
