Kosovo’s Minister for Communities and Returns, Dalibor Jevtic, met today with the Minister of Justice, Hajredin Kuqi. The meeting of the two ministers was initiated by the Minister Jevtic, to seek support for the implementation of one of the findings of the regional initiative on the usurped properties. "Our goal is to see what can be improved in solving the problem of usurped property. It is not a matter only of Serbs but of all Kosovo citizens, and we have to solve it in the most efficient way possible,” Jevtic said.

Dalibor Jevtic said during a meeting with the rapporteur of the Parliamentary Assembly of Council of Europe Agustin Conde that usurped property in Kosovo hinders the process of return.

Return is not only to ensure the house and household items, the return must be a job, education and health care, said Jevtic to KIM radio.

-Our strategy has changed in the way that someone who once lived in Pristina, and want to return can do so either in Pristina or Gracanica where exist the most basic conditions, education, health care, even employment, because only so is sustainable - said Jevtic.

Minister for Communities and Return Dalibor Jevtić paid a visit to Bogoslovija (seminary) in Prizren, and visited Serbs who live in suburb Podkaljaja and village Novake. Jevtić said that with determination and joint work people can return and survive in this area.

Representatives of Serbs in Kosovo institution announced that they will seek the formation of a special court or a special court unit that would exclusively deal with the issue of usurped property in Kosovo.

Minister of Communities and Returns in the Kosovo Government Dalibor Jevtic told Tanjug that the support for such an idea he would try to obtain at the inter-ministerial group for the return of the displaced, but also from the Minister of Justice Hajredin Kuci and other representatives of the authorities in Pristina.

Movement Self-Determination is planning to organize a referendum and unrest due to the formation of the Community/Association of Serbian municipalities in Kosovo.

The leader of the radical opposition movement Vetevendosje and member of the Assembly of Kosovo announced in Tirana that he has 100,000 signatures against the ZSO and that there will be a referendum.

Bosniak community, as well as all other communities, is an important factor in daily life in Kosovo, said Dalibor Jevtic on the occasion of the Day of Bosniaks.

"Bosniak community and all other communities are an important factor in daily Kosovo life, so we must all equally strive to create better life conditions, as well as for other communities,” said Jevtic.

Minister for Communities and Return in the Kosovo government, Dalibor Jevtić, says that return of more than 200.000 of displaced Serbs must be priority in the work of all provincial governments. Whereas, more massive return would be only possible after the Association/Community of Serb municipalities is created.

From this reason Jevtić claims that petition of the leaders of Kosovo Albanian opposition parties, Self-Determination Movement, Alliance for the Future of Kosovo and Initiative for Kosovo, against the A/CSM is senseless.

Minister for Communities and Returns Dalibor Jevtic and Deputy Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija Dusan Kozarev visited yesterday displaced persons in the camp in Banjica.

Jevtic explained that displaced persons were mostly from the municipalities of Istok/Istog and Klina/Kline. He said that the conditions in which these people live for 12 years were bad and that it was necessary to offer a permanent solution.

After six months of collecting funds and building a new house, the Jevtic family from Rajanovce near Kamenica/Kamenice has finally entered their new home.
