Kosovo Minister of Communities and Returns Dalibor Jevtic said that the Community / Association of Serbian Municipalities (ZSO) is not aimed against Albanians.  Jevtic said that the ZSO is mechanism that will also help improvement of the life of Albanians, especially those living in the areas which will become a part of the ZSO. "The ZSO will enable investments and in economic terms will improve the lives of all citizens that will be part of the ZSO. There is no reason for concern, "said Jevtic.

Minister for Communities and Return in the Kosovo government Daibor Jevtić has hailed signing of the agreement on creation of the Association/Community of Serb municipalities and stressed that it will be a guarantee for the better future.

Jevtic told Tanjug that the Serbian list would not support the law on financing and legal protection of the suspects before the Special court.

He added that at the meeting of the Kosovo government this was confirmed and explained by the Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Branimir Stojanovic.

A document written in Cyrillic script, which Ministry of Communities and Returns handed over to Kosovo Parliament, was rejected by the Commission for legislation because of “untypical format.”

Commemoration service will be served in village Staro Gracko in Lipljan/Lipjan municipality in Kosovo on 23 July to mark 16 years after the murder of 14 Serb harvesters.

Minister of Communities and Returns in the Kosovo government Dalibor Jevtic denied speculations that MPs of the Serbian List gave “the offer” in order to vote support for the announced establishment of the Kosovo Army. “The Serbian List insists on the fulfilment of the coalition agreement with PDK and LDK, but there is not a word about ‘trading with the Serbian votes for the establishment of the Kosovo Armed Forces.’ No one from the government or the assembly discussed with us, Serbian MPs, the issue of Kosovo Army. That issue requires broader dialogue.

Minister for Communities and Return in the Kosovo government, Dalibor Jevtić, said to RTK2 that he is worried about the current security situation in Peć/Peja region.

“There is obviously a certain sort of organization for destabilization of the situation in Goraždevac and places in Peć municipality populated by Serbs, aiming at intimidating them,” said Jevtic, and added that this is justified by everything that is happening lately in that region.

Minister for Communities and Return in the Kosovo government Dalibor Jevtić said to TV Pink that he will make efforts in providing all necessary conditions for those who wish to return and stressed that a process of return of 100 families, that is 583 individuals, is ongoing.

“When it comes to return there are problems in Klina municipality and there are incidents lately in Peć municipality, that is in Metohija region mostly, however despite everything we are continuing the process of return,” said Jevtić.

Minister for Communities and Returns Dalibor Jevtic condemned the incident in Gorazdevac emphasizing that this was a bad message not only for the Serbian, but for all communities living in Kosovo.

The ministers in the Kosovo government, for the Administration and Local government, Ljubomir Maric and for Communities and Return Dalibor Jevtic, the Mayor of the municipality of Strpce/Shterpce Bratislav Nikolic agreed today that the Community of Serbian municipalities has to be formed and in a way so it can most efficiently protect the Serbian people in Kosovo.

The ministers with Nikolic have discussed the situation in the municipality, the development plan and Community/Association of Serbian municipalities in Kosovo.
