Vucic "dissatisfied with results" of NYC meetings on Kosovo (Tanjug, B92)

President Aleksandar Vucic told RTS late on Wednesday that he had "a number of difficult and strenuous meetings" on Kosovo in the US over the past three days.

"We are not only negotiating with the Albanians, but also with those who have created an independent Kosovo," Vucic said, adding that he "cannot talk too much about the meetings."

He said he had "a series of marathon-length meetings" and in the end met with UN chief Antonio Guterres.

United Nations Secretary General (UNSG) António Guterres announced he would speak, next week, over the phone with the Serbian President Aleskandar Vucic about the regional stability, said Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic, after meeting the UNSG Guterres in New York, RTS reported.

“This is yet another confirmation how great significance the United Nations and Serbia are giving to their mutual relations,” said Dacic, who had participated in the UNSC session on Kosovo yesterday.
