Kostic: We supported the Brussels agreement because of ZSO (RTK2)

"The only reason due to which Serbs supported the Brussels agreement was the establishment of the Association / Community of Serb municipalities (ZSO). Political dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina should continue on June 23, when prime ministers of Serbia and Kosovo, Aleksandar Vucic and Isa Mustafa should meet in Brussels, learned Danas.  As stated, Vucic and Mustafa should discuss and possibly put initials on “solutions that the teams for technical talks will agree till then.”

Serbia will not fulfil Kosovo's conditions that were not agreed in Brussels, which are additionally placed on the list of demands for the opening of the first negotiating chapters with the EU - said sources of the Serbian national leadership for Vecernje Novosti.

PM "wants EU to say why chapters are not opened" (B92)

Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic said on Thursday that the EU should say why no negotiating chapters in Serbia's membership negotiations have yet been opened.

Ahead of his meeting with visiting EU Commissioner Johannes Hahn, Vucic said they will discuss "what Serbia has done so far," and added he "noticed everything is a matter of the dialogue with Pristina."

The prime minister stressed that he and Hahn will discuss "the concrete reasons why chapters have not been opened," and added this was "certainly not because of the Brussels agreement":

Only four out of 16 agreements reached between Pristina and Belgrade in Brussels have been fully implemented, says a report coauthored by BIRN Kosovo, the Center for Research, Transparency and Accountability (CRTA) from Serbia, and Internews Kosova. The report, which will be published later today, calls on the two sides and on the European Union to set priorities of the normalization of relations process as most of the agreements reached so far have not been implemented.
