Gnjilane health workers stopped work for an hour due to Pristina's move (RTV Puls)

Employees in the Health Center Gnjilane today suspended work at the medical institution for an hour in protest to the imposed additional taxes from Pristina on the imports of goods from Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Further work and functioning of the health center is questioned, it was said from the protest rally in front of the Pasjane hospital.

In several Serb communities in Kosovo, one-hour protests against "police and political terror in Pristina" were held. Serbian List Vice President Igor Simic said that the Serbs sent a message that they wanted to live peacefully and dignifiedly.

Protests were held in Rudare, at the cross in the municipality of Zvecan, at the Jarinje crossing in the municipality of Leposavic, at the Brnjak crossing and in the place Zupce in the municipality of Zubin Potok.

Reactions of Serbian officials on Pristina’s decision to increase taxes by 100 percent (Serbian media)

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said late last night, after the National Security Council session held in relation to Pristina’s decision to increase taxes on goods from the central Serbia by 100 percent, that this decision is neither civilized nor reasonable. Vucic added Serbia would not introduce similar measures, since it wishes to remain a reliable partner.
