Rašić: A law harmful for the Serbs adopted in the Kosovo parliament (NMagazin, Blic)

Nenad Rašić, a deputy in the Kosovo Assembly, said today that for the Serbian community the Law on the Agency for comparison and verification of property is unacceptable. The law was adopted on Thursday at a session of the Kosovo parliament.

Rašić said that this regulation does not provide adequate treatment for the displaced persons, especially displaced Serbs who lived in Kosovo.

Jevtic: SAA between Kosovo and EU guarantees implementation of the Brussels agreement (Tanjug)

Members of the Serbian List today voted in favour of the Stabilization and Association Agreement (SAA) in the Kosovo parliament  because it guarantees the implementation of the Brussels agreement, said Dalibor Jevtic, minister for communities and return in the Kosovo government.

Jevtic says for Tanjug that five points of the SSA guarantees all agreed between Belgrade and Pristina in Brussels, including formation of the Community/Association of Serbian municipalities.

 

"Serbs’ boycott pulls down and Bosniaks" (KoSSev)

MP of the Bosniak Group "6+" in the Assembly of Kosovo, Dude Bala, said that yesterday Parliament did not consider "a resolution on the genocide of Serbs over the Kosovars."

"I think discussion on this topic can bother the dialogue between Pristina and Belgrade," assessed Bala, adding that the resolution was not included on the agenda because of the oversized agenda and that it will be discussed at the next session.

Bala said that the Group "6+" did not bring a stance on the resolution, but thinks that now is not the time to discuss it.

A Parliamentary farce! (Kosova Sot)

Kosova Sot, on its front page editorial writes that the resolution on preventing the irregular migration of  Kosovo people, adopted by the government on Thursday, is not enough to solve this phenomenon. “The Kosovo Parliament even in the past adopted different kinds of resolutions, but they were never fulfilled. People are leaving Kosovo because they have lost hope that things will get better in this country.
