Prime Minister of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa, along with the European Union Commissioner for Neighborhood Policy and Enlargement, Johannes Hahn, on Wednesday made the official inaguration of the new facility of the Palace of Justice in Pristina. Mustafa, during the inauguration ceremony said that the new facilities contribute to proper work of the justice system. He also pledged that the government of Kosovo will continue to work on the independence of the judiciary. “There should be no compromise in the rule of law,” Mustafa said.

EU commissioner Hahn to visit Kosovo on 24 and 25 March (Koha)
The European Union Commissioner for Neighborhood Policy & Enlargement, Johannes Hahn, will visit Kosovo on 24-25 March. During his visit, Hahn will meet with Kosovo’s political leaders, while he will also attend the inauguration of the Palace of Justice Complex, which is funded by the European Union and the government of Kosovo.

The European Union Commissioner for Neighborhood and Enlargement, Johannes Hahn, during his visit to Pristina on Wednesday had separate meetings with Kosovo President Atifete Jahjaga, Prime Minister Isa Mustafa and Assembly Speaker Kadri Veseli. In a joint press conference with PM Mustafa, Hahn said that the Pristina – Belgrade dialogue is vital for Kosovo’s European future, and that there is still work to be done in regards to visa liberalization.
