The Director for Kosovo at the Government of Serbia, Marko Djuric, told Serbian media that the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa is misinterpreting the result of the most recent round of talks between Pristina and Belgrade, especially regarding the statute of the Association/Community for Serb-majority Municipalities.
The meeting of the two Prime Ministers in Brussels sends the message that talks are the only way of resolving problems between Serbia and Pristina, regardless of the situation on the ground, said President of the European Movement of Serbs, Rada Trajkovic to RTK2. She said that Mustafa going to Brussels is due to the encouragement he feels from the clear presence of America.

The Office of the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Federica Mogherini, announced today that the Pristina-Belgrade dialogue at the level of Prime Ministers will continue on Wednesday, 27 January in Brussels. Vetevendosje Movement has criticized the decision of the Kosovo Prime Minister Isa Mustafa to travel to Brussels for a meeting with Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic as part of the EU-facilitated dialogue. Vetevendosje’s Glauk Konjufca said in a press conference that that Mustafa and Foreign Minister Hashim Thaci have taken decisions that seriously undermine the state of Kosovo. Establishing the Community of Serb Municipalities will be the most significant topic of the upcoming Belgrade-Pristina dialogue because no progress can be expected in the process until that issue is resolved, Milovan Drecun, who chairs the Serbian parliamentary committee on Kosovo-Metohija, said on Monday.

The Serbian Ambassador to Turkey, Danilo Vucetic, said to the Turkish daily Zaman, that that the EU is requesting Serbia to sign a legally binding agreement, which he can only interpret as the EU's attempts to force Serbia to recognize Kosovo.
Vucetic said the Brussels Agreement, which was drawn up between Serbia and Kosovo in 2013 under the auspices of the EU but not signed by either, envisages Serbia's recognition of Kosovo after all negotiating chapters are completed.
