Charges were filed against several MPs of the Serbian List in Mitrovica North, because they didn’t report their property to the Kosovo Agency for fight against corruption. Some MPs have said they had already received verdicts, according to which they are sentenced on probation and fined. “I do not have exact data which MPs were charged. I am also one of the accused on the list, though it is clear that there was no intention to obstruct the process,” said the mayor of Mitrovica North, Goran Rakic.

The regime for vehicles with Serbian license plates did not change last night, as they were entering Kosovo after the midnight without test plates, even though Pristina previously announced that it will freeze the agreement on vehicle insurance.

As reported by Tanjug's correspondent from Jarinje, several vehicles with license plates NP, BG, KM smoothly something after midnight, after a routine check by the police at the crossing, have entered the north of Kosovo from the direction of Raska.

Deputy Kosovo Prime Minister Branimir Stojanovic said yesterday that Serbs in Kosovo still feel jeopardized and that majority population has to take responsibility for situation in Kosovo institutions.

“Our people still feel threatened in Kosovo, considerable part of them are selling their properties and leaving Kosovo,” said Stojanovic at the conference “Building Serbian-Albanian Relations”, which took place in South Mitrovica.

The Mayor of Zubin Potok/Zubin Potok Stevan Vulovic stated that he was maltreated yesterday at crossing Jarinje, in north Kosovo, by a member of Kosovo Police who requested from Vulovic’s driver to remove a sticker with municipal coat of arms and Serbia’s flag from the official municipal vehicle.

Kosovo analyst Lumir Abdixhiku says that Edi Rama and Albania have no right to speak about the Serbian - Albanian reconciliation, "at the same time ignoring the opinion and consent - and thus the existence of Kosovo Albanians who are the only ones afflicted."

Serbian Interior Minister Nebojsa Stefanovic told CNN's reporter Christiane Amanpour that the migrants issue is a problem the entire Europe is facing and called for coming up with a coherent plan for the entire continent.

Director of the Centre for Foreign Policy Aleksandra Joksimovic assessed, on the occasion of reaching an agreement in the negotiations between Belgrade and Pristina in Brussels, that this was the last moment for all to achieve a "win-win" situation. She also said that the agreements opened the door to Belgrade for negotiations with the EU.

Rapporteur of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Committee on Political Affairs and Democracy, Agustin Conde, said that his report will not deal with political and status issues, but only human rights and care for the people.

During the talks with the Deputy Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija Dusan Kozarev and representatives of Serbs from Kosovo Branimir Stojanovic, Ljubomir Maric and Dalibor Javtić, Conde stressed that minimum standards in respect of human rights must be reached in Kosovo.
