Maric: We continue with the establishment of the ZSO (KIM radio)

Coordinator of the Management Team for the formation of the Community of Serbian municipalities, Ljubomir Maric says that the management team continues with the formation of the ZSO after the Constitutional Court of Kosovo brought the decision.

One of the two Serbian ministers in the government of Kosovo, Ljubomir Maric told Tanjug that the management team continues with activities which were temporarily suspended by interim measure of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo.

Belgrade demands full implementation of the Brussels agreements (KIM radio, TV Most, Politika, B92)

Marko Djuric says that Belgrade is demanding the full implementation of the Brussels agreements reached in talks with Pristina.

"We expect and demand full implementation of the Brussels agreements, we demand from the international community the full implementation of these agreements. Nobody asked us when that constitution (of Kosovo) was passed. We ask that the agreements are fully respected," Marko Djuric told RTS.

Djuric: Brussels Agreement the only one relevant to Belgrade (KIM radio)

The agreement signed in Brussels on August 25 is the only one that is relevant to Belgrade, the head of the Serbian government Office for Kosovo and Metohija Marko Djuric said on Tuesday, commenting on speculations that the Constitutional Court of Kosovo decided that the Community/Association of Serbian (ZSO) Municipalities is in accordance with the law and the Constitution.

Minister Dalibor Jevtic and US Ambassador to Pristina Greg Delawie yesterday held a meeting.  "The topics of the meeting were political situation, returns and rights of non-majority nations in Kosovo, with special emphasis on the security situation. Minister evaluated security situation as alarming, after the recent incidents that happened in Gorazdevac and Srbobran," reads the statement of the Kosovo Ministry for Returns.

Soon solution for Brezovica Ski Resort (KiM radio)

The Serbian government will soon offer a solution for the Brezovica Ski Resort in the form of an investment program, which will provide sufficient legal guarantees for safe investments, stated the Serbian Government Office for Kosovo. “There are on-going court cases in Kosovo launched by the "Fond Inex Intereksport", while "Ski Resorts of Serbia" announced initiation of an international arbitration related to the case of Brezovica Ski Resort,” was stated.

Today, the closing arguments in defense of Oliver Ivanovic (KIM Radio)

In the Municipal Court in Mitrovica north solicitors of the CI SDP leader Oliver Ivanovic and another four Serbs will today give their closing arguments in the trial held before that Court. Previous closing speech was given by the prosecutor Romulo Mateus. The evidence procedure was completed last week, and within the trial, which began on December 18 last year and which is being waged against Ivanovic and four other Serbs, were interrogated 55 witnesses.

Father Sava urges visitors not to come to the monastery (KIM Radio)

Today, the gates of Visoki Decani monastery will not be closed, but visitors are recommended to postpone their visit due to the announced protest. As stated, Association "Historians of Kosovo" announced protest against the decision of the Constitutional Court to halt all court proceedings about the monastery land, till the end of February.  Although there are authoritative documents that the land of ​​25 hectares belongs to the monastery of Visoki Decani, two Albanian companies claim the opposite.
