Dacic in Pristina without Serbian flag (Vecernje Novosti)

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ivica Dacic will go in March in Pristina, where he will participate in the continuation of the ministerial summit of the Western Balkans, whose first meeting was held in Belgrade, at the end of October. 

Serbian authorities require status neutral format of the meeting i.e. holding of the meeting without state insignia, as it was the case at the conference in Belgrade in October.

In 2015, Serbian officials will travel to Pristina and meet with representatives of the Kosovo provisional institutions, but Belgrade officials claim that these will not be bilateral meetings.

Despite the fact that the newly elected Kosovo Foreign Minister, Hashim Thaci, said that he had already invited both Serbia’s Prime Minister and Foreign Minister to visit Kosovo, and that there is willingness for this to happen, a necessary condition would be for the meetings to adopt a status-neutral format.

BELGRADE -- Ivica Dačić has stressed there would be no revision of a peace deal that ended the Bosnian war "without the consent of all who participated in reaching it."

The Serbian foreign minister spoke on the 19th anniversary of the Dayton Accords that ended the 1992-95 war in Bosnia-Herzegovina.

"We wish all the best to Bosnia-Herzegovina, we want stability, a European path of Bosnia and good ties with the Serb Republic, that is, the Serb people living in all of Bosnia-Herzegovina," he said on Friday.

Regional meeting will be held in spring (Danas)

At a recent meeting of the ministers of foreign affairs and the economy of the region, held in Belgrade, was not officially agreed that next meeting will be held in Pristina, was said from the Cabinet of the European Commissioner for Enlargement, Johannes Hahn. According to them, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kosovo, Enver Hoxhaj only proposed that the next meeting could be held in Pristina, but that has not yet been decided.

Federica Mogherini hopes the Kosovo dialogue would quickly resume, and that the EU expects both sides to continue work to implement the Brussels agreement.

The EU foreign policy chief said in a statement after her meeting late on Tuesday in Brussels with Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dačić that she hoped the dialogue on normalization of relations between Belgrade and Priština will continue as soon as possible.
