The Serbian government has adopted the Regulation on establishing an Office for Coordinating Affairs in the negotiating process with the provisional self-government institutions in Pristina, as well as the Regulation on establishing and regulating the Coordination Body for this negotiating process.

Leaflets reading ‘Stop albanization of Niš’ appeared this morning in Niš (Serbia proper) suburb Crveni Pevac. In an unsigned leaflet author reminds that almost 11.000 Albanians have registered themselves in 2010 on the territory of the biggest municipality Mediana in Niš town, reported Radio Television of Serbia (RTS).
Christian heritage in KiM presented in the US Congress (RTS)
A monograph “Christian heritage of Kosovo and Metohija: Historical and spiritual center of Serbian nation” was presented on 10 February at the US Congress library. It is about supplemented edition of “Heritages of Kosovo” in the English language.
Agreement on judiciary, implementation more challenging than signature (RTS)
Soon after the Brussels Agreement was signed a question was made whether implementation would be more challenging than its signing. For both, Belgrade and Kosovo Serbs, the agreement is a success in given circumstances, however both claim that there are no staff who could be engaged in the actual work. Three signatures in Brussels have opened many issues on the ground. The first problem identified in Belgrade is that there is no sufficient number of judges and prosecutors, who are supposed to fill out the work places provided by the agreement.
