Nigerian doctor Philip Njemanze accepted to provide evidence and testimony on human organ trafficking to the Serbian investigators. “I stick by every word that I have said about Rochas Okorocha (billionaire and governor of Imo region in Nigeria) and Hashim Thaci. I will share all information and evidence on illegal organ trafficking with any official institution, including the Serbian prosecution," said Njemanze.

The War Crimes Prosecutor of the Republic of Serbia sent to the competent authorities of the Federal Republic of Nigeria requests for interview with Dr Philip Njemanze, a doctor who said that Hashim Thaci, together with Rochas Okorocha, traded the organs of kidnapped Serbs in Kosovo. The prosecution office sent request in accordance with provisions of the Law on International Legal Assistance.

“The Serbian community in Kosovo is aware of the fact that kidnapped Serbian civilians have fallen victim to crime before, during and after armed conflict, and that there are indications that many of the current Albanian political leaders participated in the massacre of civilians and in organ trafficking,” said President of the Serbian List Slavko Simić.

President of the Serbian Parliamentary Committee for Kosovo Milovan Drecun said that the question arises what the Special Court, before which members of the KLA will be tried, will do about Hashim Thaci, considering the new information of his involvement in organ trafficking. Media reports that the Nigerian Medical Association accused Rochas Okorocha, a billionaire and governor of Imo State of organizing a human organ trafficking network in Nigeria in collaboration with the former Prime Minister of Kosovo.
