Civilna Zastita” violates Brussels Agreement (Klan Kosova)

Members of the so-called “Civilna Zastita” provided security during a Serb concert held two nights ago in Mitrovica North. Guarding by this structure which functions in the north of Kosovo happened despite the reach of the agreement in Brussels for establishment of the Association of the municipalities with Serb majority, where one of its points stresses integration of the so-called “Civilna Zastita” members.

Stojanovic: Serbs in Kosovo still feel threatened (Blic)

Deputy Kosovo Prime Minister Branimir Stojanovic said yesterday that Serbs in Kosovo still feel jeopardized and that majority population has to take responsibility for situation in Kosovo institutions.

“Our people still feel threatened in Kosovo, considerable part of them are selling their properties and leaving Kosovo,” said Stojanovic at the conference “Building Serbian-Albanian Relations”, which took place in South Mitrovica.

Vetevendosje deputy, Ilir Deda, stated during the “Building Albanian- Serb ties” conference in Mitrovica that Kosovo and Serbia have hostile relations. “Normalization of the relations does not come by stating that we do not recognize Kosovo, or when Serbs oppose to that extent membership at UNESCO. Only reciprocal recognition can bring normalization between the two countries,” Deda said.

 An organization called “Active students” informs that on its initiation of activities at six Pristina high schools, by setting fabric billboards against the Association of the municipalities with Serb majority, signed in Brussels between the Pristina and Belgrade governments.

“Active students” inform that the activities have been initiated at “Sami Frasheri”(social sciences), “Sami Frasheri” (natural sciences), Xhevdet Doda”, “Medial School Ali Sokoli”, “28 Netori” and “Agriculture School”, high schools.

Pacolli’s ultimatum to Serbia: You have seven days to implement the agreement (indeksonline)

Rrahim Pacolli, leader of the Kosovo delegation in the discussions between Pristina and Belgrade, in the field of insurances, visited today the border point between Kosovo and Serbia, Merdare.

There, he gave an ultimatum to Serbia to allow vehicles with RKS license plates to enter Serbia within seven days, or Kosovo would apply the same measures for the vehicles with Serbian license plates.

Pacolli visited Merdare to see implementation of the agreement for the free movement.
