This bad race of politicians (Kosova Sot)

The front page editorial of this daily writes that different surveys of the non-governmental organizations show gradual falling of the trust of people in the parties which (miss) govern Kosovo. The writer of this editorial considers that increase of disappointment should become a serious concern of the parliamentary parties. The Kosovar voter cannot be deceived that easily after a decade and a half, as it happened in the past, when the votes were casted due to some euphoria in relation to the mythologized leaders.

Rrahim Pacolli requests interruption of the discussions with Serbia (Epoka e Re)

Head of Kosovo’s technical delegation in the discussions between Kosovo and Serbia held in Brussels, Rrahim Pacolli, has proposed to the government of Kosovo to stop the discussions with Serbia, due to the lack of implementation of the agreement on the freedom of movement. “Serbia’s non-implementation of the agreement for the free movement of the citizens shows once again lack of seriousness and stability demonstrated continuously by the Serbian political elite towards the international factor.

Pristina is "depriving the Serbian Orthodox Church (SPC) 14th century monastery of Visoki Decani of its right to property," writes the daily Vesti.

The Frankfurt, Germany-based Serbian language newspaper adds that this is taking place as the government in Pristina "aims to become a member of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO)"

Head of the Kosovo delegation for the dialogue between Pristina and Belgrade in Brussels, Rrahim Pacolli, told Kosova Press that the agreement for the free movement between Kosovo and Serbia will start to implement from the next Friday. He also stressed that the agreement means removal of the fees for the vehicles which means full recognition of the insurance policies.

Živković: Maybe about special court, not about army (KIM Radio)

“Amendments of the Kosovo Constitution on transformation of the Kosovo Security Forces into an army will not be on the Kosovo parliament’s agenda this week,” confirmed MP from the Serbian List Jasmina Živković.

She explained that this issue was discussed at the Kosovo presidency’s session and that discussion over this topic is postponed upon proposal of the head of the Serbian List’s caucus.

Serbian List will not support creation of the Kosovo army (Politika)

The President of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa, and Kosovo Prime Minister, Hashim Thaci, will try pushing forward a unified agenda in tomorrow’s session of the Kosovo parliament with two proposals: one for adoption of the amendments for the creation of the special court and another one for creation of the Kosovo army. Pristina-based papers claim that authorities are trying to ‘buy’ opposition with such motion. However, the proposals can’t be adopted without the support of the Serbian List which is not going to support such scenario.
