Mustafa: LDK-Vetevendosje have not discussed major issues (EkonomiaOnline)
The outgoing Prime Minister of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa, said the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), does not want to be part of a broad based government.
According to him, his party entered elections in order to govern Kosovo during a complete mandate.
Mustafa however admitted that they are holding intensive meetings with Vetevendosje movement.
“We have not discussed concretely let us say about the governing program, about which matters should be overcome and which ones represent obstacles. There were no direct discussions on what would happen with visa liberalization, demarcation, dialogue with Serbia, transformation of KSF into an army, which are also major issues that cannot wait, even if we do, the others would not wait for us,” Mustafa said.
“I expect for these issues to open these days, to discuss and if we see that there is space that we can find a common language on these matters, we can do it, if not, then we keep our position of remaining in opposition,” Mustafa said.
