In accordance with the basic principles and main elements for the formation of the Community/Association of Serbian municipalities in Kosovo, which Belgrade and Pristina agreed two days ago in Brussels, the statute of the ZSO should be completed until 25 December 2015, Danas learns unofficially in diplomatic sources in Brussels.

On this document, should work the Ministry of Local Self-Government of Kosovo Government, headed by Ljubomir Maric, and management team for the formation of the ZSO, which Maric also leads. The body works on a draft of the Statute since the signing of the first agreement in Brussels in 2013.

Danas sources say that the Assembly of Kosovo will not comment on the agreement of the ZSO, in order to avoid complications with the opposition parties of Kosovo Albanians, supposedly this document, would fall under parliamentary decision on acceptance of the First Brussels agreement.
