Djuric: I will not directly interfere in the decisions of Serbs in Kosovo (KIM radio)

Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija Marko Djuric said that Serbian representatives have the legitimate right to decide on who will represent them, with regard to the request of certain Serbian representatives in Kosovo to withdraw Aleksandar Jablanovic from the position of President of the Serbian List.

Djuric said that he would not directly interfere in the decisions of the representatives of Serbs in Kosovo institutions, but that he viewed their initiative positively.

Djuric sends a letter to the British newspaper Independent (Vesti, NMagazin, Tanjug)

Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija Marko Djuric has sent a letter to the editor of the British "Independent" regarding the article on Kosovo. Djuric pointed out that more than 200,000 displaced Serbs cannot return to their homes, which is why, when writing about harmony in Kosovo, was hypocritical at least.

Statute of the A/CSM until spring time (Vecernje Novosti)

Creation of the Association/Community of Serb municipalities goes by the plan. Four months will be needed for development of the statue and spring 2016 is set as a period for its establishment.

Đurić: Albanians should not fear A/CSM (Politika)

The Director of the Serbian Government’s Office for Kosovo and Metohija Marko Đurić  expects the statute of the Association/Community of Serb municipalities to be accomplished until the end of the year and that Brussels Agreement is finally implemented.

Despite numerous obstructions the A/CSM will be created until the spring time 2016 the latest, said Đurić during his recent visit to southern Serbian province.

3.000 collectively join SNS in Štrpce (Blic)

Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) held a town hall meeting in the house of culture ‘Sveti Sava’ in Štrpce/Shtërpcë where 3.000 residents of the municipality collectively joined that party.

Member of the SNS Presidency Marko Đurić said on the occasion that 3.000 strong, capable and determined individuals have joined the family, and that time has come for everyone “who breaths and speaks Serbian” is put under one flag and that this one, according to him, is the SNS flag.

Djuric today in Strpce/Shterpce (KIM radio)

Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija Marko Djuric will be visiting Strpce/Shterpce today. He will visit Strpce/Shterpce Red Cross, raspberry field and work on the construction of two apartment buildings.

As announced by the Office, Djuric will meet with political representatives of the Serbs and directors of public institutions in the building of the Red Cross in Brezovica.

Djuric condemns lynching atmosphere created by the most extreme Albanian parties (Vecernje Novosti)

Milos Stevic has suffered knife injuries during an attack carried out by several ethnic Albanians in Klokot, southern Kosovo, RTS has reported.

The 23-year-old Serb was taken for treatment to the local hospital and his condition is stable. "The wounds inflicted on him targeted internal organs and were potentially fatal," Doctor Bratislav Lazic said.

The police said they launched an investigation into the attack which occurred on Saturday.
