Jevtic and the Serbian List condemn the attack on Serbian journalist (RTK2)

Minister for Communities and Returnm, Dalibor Jevtic, and representatives of the Serbian list condemned the attack on the TV Most crew. Jevtic said that many incidents went unpunished and that this means that somebody has to urgently answer on this and all other unsolved attacks. “I am disappointed by the fact something like this happened in Kosovo. Again the journalists are targets of those who are not ready to accept the fact that Serbs should live and work freely in Kosovo.

The Serbian List satisfied with the talks in Brussels (RTS)

The Serbian List was very pleased with the results of the negotiations in Brussels and emphasizes that determination to defend national interests are to be proved by deeds, what the Serbian government continuously confirms.

The Serbian List emphasize that the problems with ID cards, holding of elections, the arrival of Serbian officials and the transport of dangerous goods is of great importance for the Serbian people in Kosovo.

Vucic: I do not interfere in the decision of the Kosovo Serbs (KIM radio)

Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic says that he does not interfere with daily or an individual political decisions of the Kosovo Serbs, neither with the issue of whether the Serbian List will leave the Kosovo Assembly.

He points out that they will certainly have the support of Belgrade, until it is unambiguously clear that their country is Serbia, Belgrade the capital and that they are protecting the future.

Simic expects Serbian List to be present at inauguration (RTK2)

The head of the Serbian List caucus in the Kosovo parliament and leader of this List, Slavko Simic, says that Serb MPs were present in the parliament when it was most needed, when president was elected and that, even though the official decision is not made yet, they will be present at the solemn parliament session on Thursday on the occasion of swearing-in ceremony of the president-elect of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci.

Kosovo Serb MP Nenad Rasic told the news site today that no one has informed or consulted Serb MPs about the voting on the law that will transform the Kosovo Security Force into the Kosovo Armed Forces. “Lately, we haven’t discussed this issue in the Serbian List, but our position remains the same. No one has discussed the matter with Serb representatives in Kosovo’s institutions … We have presented no conditions, and there have been no discussions or informative meetings. Kosovo’s authorities have not discussed the matter with Serb representatives.

MPs visits to Serb-majority municipalities welcomed by mayors (RTK2)

Following the announcement of the MPs from the Serbian List about visits to Serb-majority municipalities and the Gorani community from 20 to 22 March, the head of the Serbian List caucus group Slavko Simic said to RTK2 that this idea emerged at the end of last year and that conditions are now ripe for assessing problems faced by residents.

MPs from the Serbian List held a meeting where they agreed on a plan to visit Serb-majority municipalities and the Gorani community.

The Serbian List caucus group communicated that they are going to visit Ranilug/Ranillug, Novo Brdo/Novobërdë, Klokot/Kllokot, Parteš/Partesh, Gračanica/Graçanicë, Štrpce/Shtërpcë, North Mitrovica, Zvečan/Zveçan, Zubin Potok and Leposavić/Leposaviq, along with villages Goraždevac and Velika Hoča, and towns Orahovac/Rahovec and Dragaš/Dragash.

Simić: Voting will take place in Kosovo (Vecernje Novosti)

The leader of the Serbian List Slavko Simić said that Serbian elections will be organized this year in Kosovo and Metohija, like in 2012 and 2014.

Reflecting on the statement of the Kosovo minister without portfolio Edita Tahiri that Serbian elections won’t take place in Kosovo, Simić said that elections in Kosovo have been facilitated by the OSCE in the past and that this was not discussed with Albanian political leaders.
