Joksimovic: EU ambassadors did not mention change of the dialogue format (RTS)

Serbian Minister of European Integration Jadranka Joksimovic, after meeting with the ambassadors of the EU Member State in Brussels, stated that none of the participants have mentioned direct involvement or change of the format of the dialogue, Radio Television of Serbia (RTS) reports.

The Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Serbia Veljko Odalović says that the issue of integration of judges, prosecutors and administrative staff into the justice system of Kosovo was one of the topics and serious question of "the first package of the Brussels dialogue."

The presence of Serbs in Kosovo's judicial institutions will provide a better quality of protection and justice, and for which they were sure would not have been possible without Serbs, Odalović said for RTS.

Four Serbs in the working group for drafting the Statute of the ZSO (RTK2)

Ten days ago the President of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi announced in Vienna that soon will start formation of working groups that would work on the draft of the Statute of ZSO (Association/Community of Serb municipalities). However, there is no official confirmation in Pristina about what "soon" meant.

The Serbian List was very pleased with the results of the negotiations in Brussels and emphasizes that determination to defend national interests are to be proved by deeds, what the Serbian government continuously confirms.

The Serbian List emphasize that the problems with ID cards, holding of elections, the arrival of Serbian officials and the transport of dangerous goods is of great importance for the Serbian people in Kosovo.

Licence for Telekom in exchange for area code (Politika)

Politika writes in today's edition that Pristina little has implemented from the Brussels Agreement. One of the unfulfilled promises is a licence for Telekom for fixed and mobile telephony on the territory of Kosovo.

This is the reason why Belgrade has not given permission to Austria to apply in the name of Kosovo, for the area code (303), which was part of the agreement between Belgrade and Pristina.

Djuric: Brussels Agreement the only one relevant to Belgrade (KIM radio)

The agreement signed in Brussels on August 25 is the only one that is relevant to Belgrade, the head of the Serbian government Office for Kosovo and Metohija Marko Djuric said on Tuesday, commenting on speculations that the Constitutional Court of Kosovo decided that the Community/Association of Serbian (ZSO) Municipalities is in accordance with the law and the Constitution.

Draft law on transformation of the Kosovo Security Forces (KSF) is ready and next week it will be forwarded to the government, announced Minister for Kosovo Security Forces Haki Demolli and added that before the adoption of this law the Constitution should be amended.

Agreement on judiciary in Kosovo and Metohijja between the law and politics (Politika)

The Association of Serbian Judges warned that judicial system is part of the integral legal system and that it must be organized in line with the Serbian Constitution. It turned out that the agreement on judiciary in Kosovo and Metohija (KiM), which was reached after a long break in negotiations with Pristina, was to small step for opening the first negotiation chapter on Serbia’s way to the EU.
