Kuci: No posts have been divided yet (Gazeta Blic)

Hajredin Kuci, deputy leader of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), told the news website that the PDK and Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) have yet to divide posts. “We are still holding talks with the LDK. There is no disagreement,” Kuci stated. A senior LDK official, who preferred to remain anonymous, told Gazeta Blic that it is not certain if names rumored in the media would get ministerial posts. The source also said that the only certainty was that LDK leader Isa Mustafa would get the post of Prime Minister.

Kuci: Candidacy for Assembly Speaker post hasn’t been discussed in PDK (Lajmi)

Hajredin Kuci, deputy leader of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), told Lajmi that the PDK has not discussed his candidacy for the post of Assembly Speaker. Zeri reported today that the PDK is considering proposing Kuci for the post. “This has not been discussed in the PDK,” Kuci was quoted as saying.

The deputy leader of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), Hajredin Kuci, stated in an interview for Gazeta Blic that the agreement reached between the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK), and the Initiative, is merely an example of post-election adrenaline. According to him, the Constitution of Kosovo clearly states that the mandate to create the new government belongs to the party which won the majority of votes. He added that the PDK is ready to respect any decision of the Constitutional Court.

PDK to go to court if not allowed to nominate Prime Minister (Koha)

Hajredin Kuci, deputy leader of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), said on Wednesday that if President Atifete Jahjaga will nominate a candidate for prime minister from outside the PDK, the latter will raise the case with the Constitutional Court. Kuci said the PDK would then respect whatever decision the Constitutional Court makes. “According to the Constitution of Kosovo, the candidate for prime minister belongs to the winning party. After the certification of results, we will start working on forming coalitions,” Kuci added.
