Lawyer Vlajic on Kosovo courts taking over cases from EULEX (BETA)
Lawyer Nebojsa Vlajic assessed the fact that Kosovo courts would over war crimes cases from EULEX “would be painful and difficult” for Serbs, BETA news agency reported.
He noted that from now on they would need to prove their innocence before the people incapable of making right decisions. “Only Basic Court in Pristina is in charge of the war crimes cases, and all judges there are Albanians. It would not be possible to have trials in Mitrovica North, where there are judges who are Serbs,” Vlajic explained.
