School in Rabovce, near Lipljan pelted with stones, incident condemned (RTV KIM, Radio kontakt plus)

Part of the school building “Braca Aleksic” used by the Serb pupils in the village of Rabovce was pelted with stones again on Tuesday evening, RTV KIM reports. During the incident four windows on the school were broken.

Mayor of Gracanica, Srdjan Popovic visited the school yesterday, saying such scenes are disappointing and take us back to the past. Popovic urged the police to better and more efficient do its job, expressing hope perpetrators, as it was the case in previous incident, will be found. The school in Rabovce was the target of several attacks in the last period.

Church in Babin Most village robbed (Radio KIM)

Unknown perpetrators robbed the Serbian Orthodox Church of Holly Virgin and parish house in the village of Babin Most, nearby Obilic on Friday evening, KIM Radio reported.

The village inhabitants noticed the church was robbed and reported the case to the police. The church door was broken, money from the church stolen, and a window was broken on the parish house.

According to Jovica Nikolic, the chairperson of a local Church Council, inhabitants are concerned and worried over uncertainty. They do not know what to expect, Nikolic said.

Vehicle of Health House in Gorazdevac stolen (Radio Gorazdevac, KIM Radio)

Only three days after the arrest of an organized criminal group in Pec, suspected of carrying out thefts and burglaries, the only vehicle of a Health House in Gorazdevac was stolen over the weekend, Serbian media reported.

The vehicle was used to transport patients from the Health House to the Mitrovica Clinical Centre, but also to visit returns' sites and nuns in the Pec Patriarchate Monastery. Kosovo police launched an investigation.

Radio Gorazdevac reminded this is the fourth vehicle stolen in Gorazdevac over the last six months.

Djuric, Srpska Lista react on attack against Serb youngster in Suvi Do village (Tanjug, RTS)

Wounding of a Serb youngster in the village of Suvi Do, near Mitrovica once more confirmed there are unofficial centre of powers and organized extremist groups among Albanians in Kosovo, whose aim is to diminish efforts to resolve the issues in Kosovo by political means, Head of the Serbian Government Office for Kosovo and Metohija, Marko Djuric said.

Jevtic: We came to US to realistically present problems of Serbs (Tanjug, B92)

Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Communities and Returns, Dalibor Jevtic said the aim of the visit to Washington is to realistically present problems of Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija, Serbian media reported.

Jevtic with Srpska Lista delegation is paying a visit to the USA, where he will speak about recent incidents against Serbs and their properties in Kosovo.

Cuoci: Belgrade and Pristina together in investigation of Oliver Ivanovic murder (KIM Radio, Slobodno srpski)

KFOR Commander, Major-General Salvatore Cuoci said in Slobodno srpski talk show that KFOR did not take part in the investigation of Oliver Ivanovic murder, but it is ready to get involved if asked. General Cuoci said in security aspects for the entire region, it would be very important to resolve this murder.

He further added, so far KFOR did not receive any request for support regarding Ivanovic murder investigation, and he remains certain that the prosecution and police actively work on finding evidences and resolving this case.

Series of robberies in Gracanica, increased police presence (RTS)

On Wednesday night 12 robberies occurred in the territory of Gracanica municipality, vehicles and a restaurant were broken into, as well as houses in several locations in the town, Mayor of Gracanica Municipality, Srdjan Popovic told RTS, also confirming that his vehicle was broken into.

Djuric: EU to declare itself about Apostolova’s stances (TV Pink, Tanjug, Radio kontakt plus)

Serbian Government Office for Kosovo and Metohija Director, Marko Djuric called European Union to declare itself on the stances of an EU Office in Kosovo Head Nataliya Apostolova, who said that frequent attacks of Albanians against Serbs in Kosovo are “tit for tat,” Serbian media reported.

With such reaction on dozens of attacks, in which lives of people and their properties are endangered, Apostolova, according to Djuric “sends a message to those who are attacking that attacks are welcome.”

Popovic in Suvi Dol: To increase police presence (KIM Radio)

Major of Gracanica municipality, Srdjan Popovic visited the partly damaged school in Suvi Dol village, following the incident there and spoke with a school headmaster Bratislav Djedovic, KIM Radio reported.

Popovic said citizens are very much concerned by this incident, but also by other acts of violence and attacks against Serbs across Kosovo.

He added, he has spoken with Gracanica police station commander about possibility to open three police sub-stations in Gracanica municipality.
