Vucic to speak at least 2 hours - without announcing plan on Kosovo (Blic, Tanjug, B92)
Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic would today present to the National Assembly a detailed report on the current negotiations on resolving the issue of Kosovo and Metohija. However, no detailed plan of the Serbian side which will be offered to Pristina would be presented at the session, Belgrade-based daily Blic reports referring to unnamed sources.
The source also stated that the details of the plan with which the president intends to go before Pristina and the international community will not be announced, so as not to jeopardize Serbia's negotiating position.
First session on Kosovo in Serbian Assembly in six years takes place today (KoSSev)
Parliamentary session on Kosovo and Metohija would be held on Monday for the first time in six years, even though the Serbian state leadership repeatedly claims the issue of Kosovo is a pivotal state matter, KoSSev portal reports.
KoSSev continued that according to some of the Serbian opposition members this session is another “reality show“ of the President Aleksandar Vucic and “a bait“ to bring the opposition back to the parliament. They have also announced the boycott of Monday’s session.

Mitrovica North Clinical-Health Centre Director, Milan Ivanovic told TV Most today there are 4 to 5 times more patients at the Oncology Ward in the hospital than before.

Vranje will be the first location visited by a Serbian National Assembly commission whose job is to determine the consequences of NATO's 1999 bombing of Serbia.
The commission's chairman, Darko Laketic, announced this after the Assembly voted to establish the body.
Laketic said that the commission will start work once the Assembly confirms its composition, and explained that proposed members come from the ruling SNS and SPS parties, and opposition DS, Dveri, and SRS.

Serbia would seriously investigate the consequences of NATO bombardment using depleted uranium, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic told Tanjug news agency.
Vucic who attended the opening of an oncology ward, said it was a crime without precedent. He added, he heard from the medics there is an increased number of children suffering from malign diseases.

Representatives of so-called states that Serbia does not recognize cannot participate in an inter-parliamentary conference in Belgrade, B92 reported.
Serbian National Assembly President Maja Gojkovic said this on Tuesday, responding to opposition SRS party leader and assembly member Vojislav Seselj, who said chair of the Kosovo Assembly's Committee on Foreign Affairs Vjosa Osmani-Sadriu had been invited to a gathering in Belgrade.
Speaking at the Serbian Assembly, Gojkovic said she had no such information, but would check whether Seselj's claim was true.

Council of Europe Secretary General Thorbjørn Jagland said that the council previously expressed concern over the arrest of Marko Djuric in Mitrovica late last month, adding that the Council of Europe follows the further development of the situation, KIM radio reports.

Serbian opposition parties Dveri and It is Enough Movement requested an extraordinary Assembly session dedicated to “international pressure upon state bodies of the Republic of Serbia related to negotiations and the situation in Kosovo and Metohija,” KoSSev portal reported.
They requested the presence of the Serbian Prime Minister, Ana Branbic, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ivica Dacic, Minister of Interior, Nebojsa Stefanovic and Serbian Government Office for Kosovo Director, Marko Djuric to respond to the questions from MPs.
