Merkel a factor on the way to an agreement between Belgrade and Pristina (Danas)

According to earlier announcements, the two prime ministers, Aleksandar Vucic and Isa Mustafa, with the mediation of the EU High Representative for Foreign and Security Policy Federica Mogherini, yesterday in Brussels have continued discussions on energy, telecommunications, Community/Association of Serbian municipalities, and "Peace Park" in the northern Mitrovica.

The Dutch Ambassador to Kosovo, Robert Bosch clarified his recent statements and actions on his social network Twitter. “To clarify, when I speak out, I have Kosovo’s best interest in mind and never mean to offend. If perceived so, I am sorry for misunderstanding,” wrote Boch. This clarification came after Bosch’s being in the focus of the attention for his statements at Kosovo Assembly during the session for the amndment of constitutional changes that would open way to the special court as well as his actions in the street.

The European Union High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Frederica Mogherini, hosted today separate meetings with the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa and the Prime Minister of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, as well as with their respective teams. Spokesperson of the Office of the EU High Representative, Maja Kocijancic, informed about these meetings on her social network Twitter. This time the EU hope on the reach of concrete results, which lacked during the meeting held last week.

Serbia’s EU accession process not delayed (IRS)

Mitrovica mayor, Agim Bahtiri met with the mayor of Mitrovica North municipality, Goran Rakic and head of the Administrative Office in the north, Adriana Hodzic.

 During this meeting which lasted almost three hours, they discussed the general situation in both parts of the city, assessing that the current security situation is calm and with tendency to relax further.
