A request of the United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon with regard to establishment of the special court for Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) crimes, until the beginning of 2015 at the latest, is of utmost importance, because such request presents the solidarity of the entire world in shedding the light on so far uninvestigated crimes, said Serbian deputy war crimes prosecutor Bruno Vekaric to Novosti.

Implementation of Brussels agreement is pending for several months now. Serbian side is ready for dialogue but has no one to talk with since Pristina still doesn’t have the executive. The additional problem for Serbia is announcement from Brussels that non-implementation of the Brussels agreement can stop negotiations of Serbia with the Union.
