President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga, on August 31st, 2014 (Sunday), decreed the confirmation for continuation of mandate of the international judges of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo. Monday, 01 September 2014
Decree was made pursuant to Article 84, Section 4, of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, Article 2 (appendix 1) of the Law Nr. 04/L-274, on Ratification of the International Agreement between Republic of Kosovo and European Union on the European Union Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo and letter with Protocolar Number 693, received by the Office of the President of the Republic of Kosovo on August 25th, 2014, from the EULEX Kosova Head of Mission.
